we got the same Problem. We have ~800 sites and got a blank page on the MultiSite Plugin.
Every other (Plugin-) Page worked. Api, Live and so
We solved our problem without update:
we just deleted the folder "PIWIKFOLDER"/tmp and everything went fine.
