LoginLdap plugin : can't connect after activate

Hi,
I can't activate the LoginLdap plugin:

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Copy the files piwik ldap 1.3.5 in the Plugins folder
2. Activate the plugin in piwik
3. Display an error when trying to log with superuser.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I would like to log in piwik in order to configure ldap parameters

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
piwik 1.12
ldapPlugin 1.3.5
OS Server : windows server 2008

Please provide any additional information below.

error message : "Erreur: Mot de passe et nom d'utilisateur incorrects."
= General_Error + ":" + Login_LoginPasswordNotCorrect (in /lang/fr.php)

How Can I run correctly the plugin? (it seems running correctly on my local server web (windows 7 and wamp server).
