Thanks a lot, it worked! I'm wondering what Piwik was doing to take more than 30 seconds, I guess it was to initialize and configure. Now it seems to work properly.

If you run the cron before all stats are imported, then Piwik might process "yesterdays'" data without the full set of visitors, causing incomplete reports
