Not trying to say that is/was your intent. I see the usefulness of your application and commend you for doing something for the Doze users out there.
Just my personal opinion on "trusting" apps that get access to valuable data that their is no way possible to review the source. It is just a personal prefference and one that my company follows as well.
Again though I by no means meant to mean it sound like I was insinuating your app does anything bad. I would state the same about Piwik if it was closed source and my company would not have deployed it as our analytics solution.
