archive.sh fails because of fopen( http://geolite.maxmind.com/download/geoip/database/GeoLiteCity.dat.gz)

Hi, after a while of research i decided to ask you :) After upgrade to 1.11.1 archive.sh fails while updating the GeoIP-Database:

fopen( http://geolite.maxmind.com/download/geoip/database/GeoLiteCity.dat.gz): failed to open stream: Datei oder Verzeichnis nicht gefunden

allow_url_fopen is On in /etc/php5/cli/php.ini
