Realtime map not binging on page view

On the real time maps, every time there is a new page view, there is a slight animation around the circle of the visitor... At least there use to be. For some reason, there is no animation anymore on my PIWIK installation.

My Settings:

Piwik 2.0.3-B6
Chrome 31.0.1650.63
Windows 7

I am not sure when this started happeining. But I have tried it on two different computers.
