Hi Agnes, sorry for the (it seems very) late reply. If you replace the /path/to/piwik/core/API/DataTableManipulator/Flattener.php file with https://raw.github.com/piwik/piwik/1.X/core/API/DataTableManipulator/Flattener.php, the bug should go away.
