Incorrect IP mapping

Hi there,

I have just installed Piwik and did a quick test - The IP address source country is incorrect on the map. See attachment. The test was done in Rwanda but Piwik has classified source country as North America.

Even the IP address is Rwanda if you do a uTrace so there is something wrong that needs immediate attention here.
