concatenate utm_campaign, utm_source and utm_medium values to create full campaign name

Hi,

By default the campaign parameter (in this order: utm_campaign, or utm_medium, or utm_source) is used as the Campaign name.

I'm trying to manage the following thing,
I want to use a concatenation of all available values as the Campaign name.

It would be best to create this in the backend, for we have a large number of websites that are created in different coding languages.

Can someone guide me in this matter?
