Re: no reports by period

Hi,

I am facing issue to download the piwik reports manually in piwik 1.12 version, getting the below error message.

<error message="API returned an error: The period 'never' is not supported. Try any of the following instead: day, week, month, year, range "/>
</result>

Please let me know how we can resolve this issue?
