Campaign tracking doesn't work while it shoud [Peculiar]

I can't seem to grasp fundamental idea behind campaign tracking
I've resarched extensibly
and still can't figure out what's wrong
I've atached http headers and JS code that browser sees.

even direct visit to landing page fails
