Vistor Map does not display after 1.11.1 upgrade

I recently upgraded to piwik 1.11.1 and now the visitor map and real time map does not display.

Piwik is installed on a windows VM using IIS. I installed it using the Microsoft Web Platform Installer. I updated piwik automatically.

I cleared the tmp directory, but that did not help. Also, I downloaded the zip of the latest version and overwrote the piwik directory.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
